The request was to create an ad set in a market, but unfortunately, it was during the monsoon season. That's when we got creative. Here's how we made an ad set in a market without an actual market:

1. Take a studio (those are the ADs holding places for the protagonist and pretending to be the stalls in the market. The long yellow stick is how high our green screen needs to be).

2. Make references using AI (midjourney) for space.

3. Make references using AI (midjourney) for character framing.

4.Storyboard so you know the exact frames you have to shoot and what is covered in them.

5. Get inspired by real street markets and send videos of them to the team.

6. Get to the studio a day before the shoot with all materials (except the fresh produce). The market starts taking shape, now it's all on the production designer and the amazing art team.

7. Recreate the frame from the storyboard with the DoP (this is the AC, standing in for the protagonist).

8. Add the green screen and check lensing for the camera you're going to shoot with.

9. Recreate the shot to get the camera movement approved by the post team. Replacing a green screen while there is camera movement is skilled work and needs lighting to support CG.

10. We were also smart in testing the ball catch shot. This saved us a lot of time and effort.

11. Get an ok from everyone, work super hard and start shooting.
